All return merchandise not in original packaging will be subject

All costs in returning defective merchandise is the customer's
responsibility

Airblown Inflatables Warranty
All Gemmy Airblown Inflatables are covered under Gemmy's 90 day
warranty. Any defective Airblown has to be returned to Gemmy as per
Gemmy's terms of warranty. There is No warranty
(They are Sold As Is) for International or PR, HI, AK sales.
There is a 90-day warranty
on Gemmy products. You may return your product, with a copy of a dated
receipt, to Gemmy by completing a
Quality Assurance form
and mailing it to the address indicated on the form.
Lamps, Lights & Bulbs
Due to the fragile nature of lamps, Lights a bulbs. We do not offer
any warranty on these items as there life cycles are based on amount of
use and the way they are handled.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders
are items that are being reserved for customers who order them and will
be shipped at a later date. There is no guaranteed delivery date on
Pre-order items, as delivery to us from our suppliers is totally out of
our control. If item does not get manufactured a full refund will be
issued.
We can allow
Pre-Order cancellations within 12 hours without cost or penalty. If you
cancel a pre-order after the initial 12 hours, you will incur a 15%
cancellation fee on the total order. These fee's are in addition to any
other applicable payment processing fees.
Special-Orders
Special-Orders
are items that are being ordered direct from our distributors. There is no guaranteed delivery date on
Special -order items. Average delivery to between 1 and 2 weeks.
We cannot accept cancellations on Special orders. We can not accept
returns on Special Order items unless faulty.
Clearance Items
All clearance and sale merchandise is sold Unwarranted and as final
sale. The return policy will not apply to these types of sales. No
Exceptions.
International Orders
International customers please request shipping costs before placing
an order. Any international order placed and then cancelled will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be based on
the total order amount. All international shipping fees paid, do not
include any of the destination countries duties or taxes. Customer is
liable for any excise or taxable duty payable in country of delivery.
There is No warranty (They are Sold As Is) whatsoever offered on any
international order and all sales are final.
WARNING: International customers also
need to note that all our products are 110 volts AC (unless otherwise
stated) and you may require a power Converter. Please check you
countries voltage ratings.
