At Christmas Radiance we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information you give us within our company to process your orders. We are in the business of selling really cool Christmas & Holiday lights; we do not sell customer information to third parties. Shipping Rate Based on Total Sale Price These prices are only applicable to the 48 Continental US States We no Longer Ship Internationally. Please Note: We will not ship to P.O. Boxes Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. There is a 10% cancellation fee for orders cancelled. This is to help cover administration costs in processing and cancelling of order. Plus payment processing fees that we are charged. We still have to pay, even when we issue a refund Special ordered items Cannot be cancelled Merchandise Purchased Before any of the Holiday Seasons Cannot Be Returned After the Holiday season For Refund, Credit or Exchange. For Faulty Airblown Inflatables:- See Airblown Inflatables Warranty further down this page. If the product received is not the correct item or is defective, send it back following the simple steps below Once we receive the merchandise we will test it and either fix or replace the product as soon as possible. The following steps must be taken in order to process any return for credit or replacement:
You must obtain a return authorization number before shipping merchandise back. For non authorized returns an additional 20% restocking fee will apply If the product is not in excellent condition and with its original packaging, we cannot accept the items back You are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Due to the fragile nature of lamps, Lights a bulbs. We do not offer any warranty on these items as there life cycles are based on amount of use and the way they are handled. Pre-Orders are items that are being reserved for customers who order them and will be shipped at a later date. There is no guaranteed delivery date on Pre-order items, as delivery to us from our suppliers is totally out of our control. If item does not get manufactured a full refund will be issued. We can allow Pre-Order cancellations within 12 hours for a full refund minus 45 cents Paypal cancelation fee. If you cancel a pre-order after the initial 12 hours, you will incur a 15% cancellation fee on the total order. These fee's are in addition to any other applicable payment processing fees. Special-Orders are items that are being ordered direct from our distributors. There is no guaranteed delivery date on Special -order items. Average delivery to between 1 and 2 weeks. We cannot accept cancellations on Special orders. We can not accept returns on Special Order items unless faulty. All clearance and sale merchandise is sold Unwarranted and as final sale. The return policy will not apply to these types of sales. No Exceptions. International Orders We no longer ship Internationally.
