At Christmas Radiance we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information you give us within our company to process your orders.

We are in the business of selling really cool Christmas & Holiday lights; we do not sell customer information to third parties. If you have any questions please email Support@christmasradiance.com and let us know.

Orders placed via our website by 1.00pm EST (Monday to Friday) can ship the same day. Orders placed after the 1.00pm EST cut of time will  ship the next business day. Christmas Radiance reserves the right to alter cut-off times for same day shipping during holiday peaks.

Christmas radiance shall utilize best efforts to fulfill all orders; however; if orders can not be fulfilled , Christmas Radiance shall advice of the inability to fulfill said within 24hrs of receipt.

Shipping Damages

Once a shipping carrier leaves our dock they become responsible for the freight. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to the carrier. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. Note any damages must be reported to Christmas Radiance at Sales@ChristmasRadiance.com. Please save all packaging. All discrepancies must be reported within 48hrs of receipt.

Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect address information provided will not be honored. Christmas Radiance will charge the customer for any return shipping, address correction, package forwarding or call tag charges billed to Christmas Radiance by the shipping carrier. Returned Gift arrangements will not be reshipped. If replacement item needs to be sent the customer will be liable for the cost of replacement item and shipping charges.

Christmas radiance extends the same shipping guarantees offered by the carriers. Christmas Radiance will not honor claims for late delivery that are not guaranteed by the carrier. Overnight and Two-Day air shipments to remote delivery areas are not guaranteed. Consult the carriers service guide for a zip code listing of remote delivery areas. Valid claims for late delivery will be reimbursed for the extra shipping charges paid for the faster shipping service. There will be no guarantees or reimbursements for Ground shipments. Not all shipping methods are guaranteed and the shipping carriers reserve the right to suspend shipping guarantees during peak periods.

Christmas Radiance reserves the right to substitute items of equal or better value depending on availability and season substitutions for chocolate items are made between May through October
